INDIVIDUAL SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

Mary works with individuals on a one-to-one basis, offering spiritually inspired guidance.    Depending on the needs and preferences of the individual, Mary may utilize a psychosynthesis approach.  Psycho-spiritual tools may be used to facilitate your journey through life's challenges.  Mary has a healing presence with the ability to touch others at a deep, emotional level.    A variety of methods such as journaling, meditation, movement, music, are used.  "Laying on of hands" is available as well as the utilization of the vibration of sound as a healing agent.
