These services offer an opportunity for those of different faiths to worship together by celebrating the wisdom and sacredness of the world's religions at one altar.  While honoring all religions it encourages you to deepen your own faith.   The service begins with the lighting of candles for each of the world's major religions, an attunement to the essence of each through songs, chants, prayers, meditations, Dances of Universal Peace (simple meditative circle  dances)* and brief readings from the scripture of each.  At its conclusion a healing offering will be made available for those who wish.

Dances of Universal Peace

*From the beginning of time, sacred movement, song and story have brought people together as part of everyday life and life passages.  The Dances of Universal Peace are part of this timeless tradition of Sacred Dance and serve as a container for the spiritual message that runs through all religious traditions.  The dances highlight themes of Peace (both inner and outer), Healing (the earth, individuals and the global family) and the celebration of life's great mystery.

The Dances, which are circle dances, can be interpreted as a profound Spiritual practice, use simple music, lyrics, and movements to touch the spiritual essence within us all.  No musical or dance experience of any kind is required.
